The pool is closed....BRING ON THE FALL!!!!
In order to celebrate the fall, we're kicking things off with an apple picking excursion! This is the 'trip' that was supposed to happen last weekend, but had to be postponed. We're all gathering at our house for lunch (we live about 5 minutes from the place we're going) and then heading over to pick some apples.
Come to think of it, I don't think I've ever been apple picking. I find that surprising, but in the off chance that I have been....I was so young I don't even remember it. Either way, I'm sure it'll be fun. :-)
Other than that - we have a pretty 'free' weekend!!! Love that.

Scooter and I spent some quality time on the couch last night..he had a really busy day yesterday.
Playing all day long is tiring!!!

Wow, it would've been nice to see that lovely pool when it was still open - ahem.
Now, I'm going to invoke the "Mother's Curse" in pay-back for never getting a chance to swim in your pool.
