Weekly blogger? Or weakly blogger?

Hey everyone!

Yup, it's been over a week since I've blogged last and I'm not at all proud of that fact.  Truth be told, I just haven't been in the mood.  I'm not a fan of writing whiny, negative, or overly complaining blog entries - so that's why I haven't been writing.  The past few weeks have been pretty rough, and I haven't felt much like trying to come up with something positive to write about.

For those of you who know me, or who have been reading this blog for a while, you know that this is TOTALLY not 'me'....so I'm hoping this negative, blah, yuck-o feeling passes soon.

I did see an amazing play last weekend at SpeakEasy Stage Company - which was a nice night out.
The play is called 'Next Fall' and I REALLY enjoyed it.

This is how they describe the show on the SpeakEasy website:

A 2010 Tony nominee for Best Play, Next Fall takes a witty and provocative look at faith, commitment and unconditional love. Luke, a devout Christian, and Adam, a non-believer, have been together for four years; yet spiritual differences continue to spark trouble in their relationship. A sudden twist of fate, however, changes everything in this compelling new play that looks at what it means to 'believe' and what it might cost us not to.

I think it's a very good description....just enough to get you interested, but not enough to spoil the show.  I went in knowing very little about it, and really had a great time.
By the way, I do have a couple of friends in the show, but that has nothing to do with my loving it.  I certainly have seen friends in not-so-great shows before...and if that were the case with this one, I wouldn't have mentioned it at all.  Anyway.... the show is amazing, and if you're in the Boston area, I HIGHLY suggest seeing it.  You can get more information about it (dates, tickets, etc.) by clicking on the link above.

Other than that, nothing too exciting is going on.....just getting through each day, one day at a time, and continuing the search for a new job.

Have a great weekend!!!!
xoxo

Do what you can, when you can, as you want to. Nothing more. Nothing less. We'll still be here, whether it's day by day or week by week. have a good weekend.

this sounds like a play I would really enjoy. It sounds a lot like my own relationship.

I've been contemplating seeing this but have heard mixed reviews. I'm glad you enjoyed it. Next time you come into the SE give me a shout and I'll meet you for a drink.

Cheers,
